Canadian singer, songwriter, guitarist, and producer. Owner of Custer Music Inc. Under his real name, Chris Hughes, he was Director of Canadian Country Music Association 1992-1994 and runs advertising firm The Chris Hughes Company (later CHC Insights) with wife Julie Hughes.
