Real name: Tom H. Stafford
American songwriter and publisher from Alabama. Co-founder of Florence Alabama Music Enterprises (shortened to 'Fame') and Spar (Stafford Publishing and Recording) Music, in the late 1950's. Incl. the famous Fame Recording Studios.
