Bankrupt Europeans consist of DJ Snafu, Fraser Syme, and Craig Cloy. After trading some messages and records on the old Vinyl Exchange website, a few pints were consumed and a new band was formed! After about a year of messing around on Pro Tools, a solid catalogue of beats was compiled, and the first beat CD was sent to Demigodz legend MC Rise, who was particularly hard to track in pre social media days. Some detective work and a snail mail later, Rise replied that he liked the beats and the first collaboration for BEs had started to come into existence. Over the years, Phill Most Chill, Chill Rob G, Chubb Rock, AG, RA The Rugged Man, MC Juice and Dooley-O were all partial to the Bankrupt Europeans vibes and all these collaborations materialised on vinyl on Nobody Buys Records.
