Ελένη Ρόδα (Eleni Roda) is a greek Laïkó singer, born in 1942 in Larissa. The sweet girl of Greek cinema who the older ones remember from her appearances in Greek films (16 movies), was a graduate of the dramatic school of Dimitris Rontiris, but she turned very early into singing. In her first steps she was on the side of Μίκης Θεοδωράκης, performing songs at his concerts. Her first album was with Δήμος Μούτσης (music) and Νίκος Γκάτσος (lyrics). She collaborated with artists like Γρηγόρης Μπιθικώτσης, Βασίλης Τσιτσάνης, Γιώργος Ζαμπέτας, Χρήστος Μενιδιάτης etc and she performed songs by Μάνος Λοΐζος, Λευτέρης Παπαδόπουλος, Μίμης Πλέσσας, Μάρκος Βαμβακάρης, Γιάννης Παπαϊωάννου and Γιώργος Μητσάκης.
