Canadian Disco/Boogie studio group.

Project was a side-project made up by Jean-Marie Benoît and Kat Dyson, two of Montreal's greatest guitarists in the 80's. Benoît played for a bunch of groups as session man, and also created the Zebras, with their song Paradise Garage. Kat Dyson was part of what would be the Montreal boogie funk sound. Dyson and Warren "Slim" Williams,would form the core band for Cheri.
