Robert Truman
Australian classical cellist. Born in Sydney, Australia.
In 1971 he moved to London, England. After spending four years in the London Symphony Orchestra (1973-1976) he was invited to become Principal Cello of the Orchestra Of The Royal Opera House, Covent Garden, and, in 1985, he joined the London Philharmonic Orchestra as Principal Cello, staying for 20 years until 2005.
