He grew up in Portland Oregon but musically grew up in Kansas City Missouri while attending the Kansas City Art institute (and the occasional party). He started DJing the summer of 1997 and then around 1999 started dabbling with early versions of Fruity Loops. Patrick founded An1mlz Music the winter of 2002 in reaction to a collaboration project between himself and Daum Bentley (a.k.a. Freaky Chakra).
