Proyecto A was the brainchild of Frank Dubé.
Frank started working on Proyecto A in 1969, taking inspiration from the moon landing.
The project was shrouded in mystery; Frank used pseudonyms for all the musicians involved.
A follow-up, Proyecto B, was recorded in 1974 but not released until the 21st century. For the 2nd album Frank was backed by famous Spanish prog band Iceberg (2) plus sax / flute player Juan Mena.
