Photophob is Herwig Holzmann, from Graz, Austria. His music lies between ambient, broken beats, electronica and IDM and he has released several MP3 albums and EP's on many different netlabels (Laridae, Earstroke Records, Binkcrsh, Camomille Music and tonAtom). His debut CD-album, "Your Majesty Machine", was released on Hive Records in Oct. 2004 and his follow-up album, "Still Warm" came out in Apr. 2006.

He is also one of the founding members of the netlabel laridae.at
