Romanian composer and poet.

1912 - 1914 - musical studies (theory-solfeggio, piano, harmony) with Ion Costescu and Alfred Alessandrescu.
1922 - Graduated Faculty of Law, Bucharest.
1933 - became famous with song “Sub balcon eu ți-am cântat o serenadă”
He wrote lyrics for songs, translated into Romanian operetta librettos, is co-author of the libretto of the operetta “Ana Lugojana” by Filaret Barbu.
