Kenni Woods AKA Kendra Spotswood from Englewood, New Jersey is best known for the songs "Can't He Take A Hint?" (Philips 40112 1963) and "Back With My Baby" (Philips 40156 1963), recorded in association with and produced by Van McCoy.
It has only emerged in recent years that she was also "Sandi Sheldon", singer of the Northern Soul scene favourite on Okeh "You're Gonna Make Me Love You / Baby You're Mine" as well as recording with Van McCoy in The Fantastic Vantastics ("Gee What a Boy").
