Spanish singer and composer Silvio Fernández Melgarejo (La Roda de Andalucía, 8 August 1945 - Sevilla, 1 October 2001) from Sevilla. He was married to Carolyn Williams for two years and they had a son, Sammy Taylor, also musician. Started as drummer in "Los X-5" (1963)​ and "Los 5 Mercurys" (1964-1965). Also member for a brief period of time of Gong (1968) and Smash (1970). In late 1970s he started to sing with backing groups like Sacramento and Los Diplomáticos.
