Leo Kysêla

Leo Kysèla began making music at the age of 12.At the age of 15 the first own band + 1st gigs.
Between 17 and 19 he worked as a soloist in the blues.
Afterwards he studied architecture, numerous band projects, live performances.
1985 Graduation, since then professional musician & producer (1st single).
1986 - 1988: Production at JupiterRecords, Munich (LP not released).
1989 - 1994: The Power Project" as duo and trio, 550 live gigs
3 CD albums, 1 Maxi CD, 2 videos.
1995: Leo Kysèla & The Pretty Bastards (Maxi CD "Bluehouse")
+ 1st solo program "Play me a Slow Song".
Spring1996: Preparation & Recording for the 1st Solo Album
& new solo program, "The Voice of Central E".
September 1996: Baby-Disc or Promotion Single.
October 1996: CD album: "Oots".
November 1997: Video "Live in Konstanz".
March 1998: CD album "Leo Kysèla- live" featuring Gerd Schuller (keys) & Gerd Weber (sax)
November 2000: CD 'live' album "The Souly Nights '99" featuring Gerd Weber (sax/ flute/didgeridoo) & Louis Kiefer (trombone/guitar) & special guests.
December 2000: 1st Multimedia-CD "Best Slow Songs on CD-ROM"
featuring Gerd Schuller (keys)/ Gerd Weber (sax & flute) & Louis Kiefer (guitar).
October 2002: CD tribute album "Kysèla plays U2"
