Italian soprano and actress.
Born 24 June 1939. She's the sister of Anna Maria Alberghetti.
She was the daughter of a concertmaster father and pianist mother.
Alberghetti made guest appearances on The Ed Sullivan Show, Tonight Starring Jack Paar and The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson. She headlined at many nightclubs and resorts. She became a naturalized citizen of the United States in 1961.
