Effective period / Period of releases: 1981 - 1987

Members: Edward Gijsen, Judith Smorenberg, Cor Bolten, Hans Wegman, Jerome Scharenborg

Flue was a post-punk band from Netherlands, active in the 1980s and signed to the Dutch label Torso.
Their music is a mixture of coldwave and guitar new wave with strong sober melodies and a dark feel. The band consisted of four members: Edward Gijsen (vocals, guitar, synth), Judith Smorenberg (synth), Jerome (bass) and Hans (drums). Flue released two albums: "One and a Half" in 1981, and "Vista" in 1983, both were issued on vinyl only and are extremely hard to find nowadays. "One and a Half" has been digitally remastered and expanded with 7 rare bonus tracks.
