Real name: Anne Wellmer

Anne Wellmer is a German sound artist, composer and performer. As an improvising musician she plays various analog electronic instruments and laptops. Among her work are performances, installations, radio art and music for dance and theater. She studied composition with Alvin Lucier (Wesleyan University) and electronic music at the Institute of Sonology (Royal Conservatoire, The Hague). Anne Wellmer lives in The Hague (The Netherlands).
