Swedish actor, born October 15, 1925 in Maria Magdalena parish in Stockholm, died May 7, 2001 in Oscars parish, Stockholm.She is considered to be one of the most significant Swedish actors of the 20th century with a talent for drama as well as comedy. On New Year's Eve 1997–2000, she recited Alfred Tennyson's New Year's Bell at Skansen, also broadcast live on Sveriges Television.
