Andrew Deutsch (1968) is an American sound artist who teaches at the New York State College of Ceramics at Alfred University.

He received his BFA in Video Art and Printmaking from Alfred University in 1990 and his MFA in Integrated Electronic Art from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1994. He was a student of Peer Bode, Pauline Oliveros, and Jessie Shefrin. Andrew Deutsch has collaborated with Tetsu Inoue, Pauline Oliveros, Ann Hamilton, Joseph Nechvatal and Stephen Vitiello.
