Austrian pianist and conductor (born January 4, 1907 in Klagenfurt, Austria - died July 10, 1998 in Vienna, Austria).

Born Hermann Noé von Nordberg, he studied piano and conducting under Jaroslav Ježek at the Academy of Music in Prague. From 1926-1929, he served as an assistant conductor at the theatre of Teplitz-Schönau. Under the name Harry von Noé, he played piano with Jaroslav Ježek And His Swing Band between 1930 and 1938; he was one of only two pianists who could play Ježek's composition "Bugatti-Step" in the tempo envisioned by the composer. In 1938, he was appointed Professor at the Academy of Music in Prague. In 1943, under the German occupation, he was deported to a camp. After the war, he joined the faculty at the Academy of Music in Vienna, where he served as an Außerordentlicher Professor from 1945-1977.
