Industrial rock supergroup formed by members of Pankow (Maurizio Fasolo - Paolo Favati - Alex Gimignani), Neon (Nardo Lunardi), Meathead (Teho Teardo), The Hardsonic Bottoms 3 (Enzo Regi), Clock DVA (Alessandro Cellai) with Fabio Pallanti on metallic percussion. The band was managed by Sebastian Koch (Pankow's manager since 1988).
Apparently, they had planned to release their albums as Kowp - a partial anagram of P(an)kow - on the Italian label Musica Maxima Magnetica and the title of the album was supposed to be "Iptarro 0" , but shortly before the release of the album the label decided to return to the much more famous name Pankow, and the album was released as Pankow - Pankow, effectively burying Kowp. The band split one year after its foundation.
