Real name: Moritz Wagner
Moritz Wagner or known as Mankee was born on September 20, 1990 in Lautaro, Chile. Also known as Arctic City, Arcticity and lately Splat Zone, is an active german Hands Up and Happy Hardcore producer. He is also a singer and songwriter, but concentrates on remixing other tracks. His first track "Away" was his last and only single which was released in 2011.
