British singer. In 1987 she was the youngest ever three times winner of the BBC's 'Opportunity Knocks' talent show. The show's host was Bob Monkhouse and was the first British TV show to use telephone voting. Her success on the show led to the release of her single ‘Ben’.She now sings with her own six piece function band 'Apollo'.
