Real name: Olof Daniel Karlsson

Born in Norrahammar, Jönköping, Sweden on 31 August 1981, is a singer and songwriter. He later on took the name The Moniker as his stage name. In March in 2011, under the name The Moniker, he participated at "Melodifestivalen's" final contest, a Swedish contest which decides every year who Sweden will send as a representative at the Eurovision Song Contest. His song, "Oh My God!", came in third place at "Melodifestivalen" that year. He also participated in the pre-eliminations before the final at "Melodifestivalen" in 2012 but was less lucky with his song, "I Wanna Be Chris Isaak (This Is Just the Beginning)", in that year's competition
