Real name: Dean John Athienides

Born in Rhodesia, DJ Dizzy is one of South Africa's longest-running and most well-known DJ/producers, with a career spanning some two decades. Over and above residencies in over a hundred clubs, he's also played alongside a host of big-name contemporaries - both locally and abroad.

His "Pipe Dreams" single made the local top 10 in 1999, and together with label partner Manuel Oettl he is also part of the Hardy Boyz.

Furthermore, Mr. Athienides runs the Dizzology Productions label, as part of a DJ school.
