Danish keyboard player, trumpeter, songwriter and producer of pop music, born Per Einer Meilstrup Nielsen on 27 May 1960 in Copenhagen. Shortened his name to Per Meilstrup in 1966. Married to singer Gry Johansen and father to Thomas Meilstrup.Don't mistake for producer Per Meistrup (without an 'l').
