Krang was a punk band based out of Chicago, IL and played crust, metal, hardcore, crossover, stenchcore, and other sub-genres of punk circa 2009 - 2016. Heavily influenced by many mid '80's UK crust and Japanese punk acts before them, Krang was a nod to the bands before but found their own sound, originality, and following within the Chicago underground at the time. Krang quickly found their sound, musical formula, following and extensively toured most of the United States in their 7 years of existence. Krang played their final show on January 1st, 2016 at the 2040 in Chicago.
