Real name: Robin Owoahene Yaw Achampong

JD the native London-guy, got his first success during the middle of the 80's hitting the charts with the duo Total Contrast. His project Tongue in Cheek placed four Top 40 Hits in a row - the tracks "Nobody" and "Tomorrow" were remixed through the Godfather of House Music - Frankie Knuckles. Taking a break from writing and producing, JD pursued one of his other passions: interior design., transforming homes from Croydon to Knightsbridge in his never ending thirst for stimulation in all creatives things. Further one his 1994 Track "Love me Tonite" was remixed by Roger Sanchez and Junior Vasquez. Also he released several tracks on Caus'N'ff'ct such as "The Music", "Ready for Love" and "Give me the Night". In spring 2001 JD performed together with Eddie Amador, Future Funk and DJ Shahrokh in several clubs all over Germany. His enthusastic live show gets you involved immediately - and you can not turn off until it is over.
