Austrian Psychedelic Rock band from Vienna, formed in 2006.

Biography:
Medusa rose from the ashes of psychedelic rockers Music Apartment in September 2006 and took their name from the title of West Midland's Trapeze's (feat. Glenn Hughes, Mel Galley & Dave Holland) second album, mixing original material with select covers including a few surprises.
After supporting the legendary Spooky Tooth on their Nomad Poets Tour in early 2008, the band recorded their debut album and gigged continuously through 2009 and early 2010 supporting the release.
Taking a break for 3 years, Medusa with new drummer Bernie Cosworth returned to the stage in 2013 performing better than ever!
A Double-A-Side single titled “Time/The Truth” was released on limited 7’’ vinyl in September of the same year.
Another limited 7'' featuring the Psychedelic smash "I'm Lazy" backed with the bluesy "The Stranger" (dedicated to the late Jack Bruce) was released in 2015.
