A professional chamber ensemble of folk instruments. He performs original and arranged works by Lithuanian and foreign composers, stylised and sometimes traditional folk music. Founded in 1956 on the initiative of Pranas Tamošaitis as a chamber group of Ensemble Lietuva (until 1964 a septet). Since 1967 it has had its present name Sutartinė.
