Rap duo out of Brooklyn', New York. Formed in 1990 in the Flatbush Section of Brooklyn, Black Madness are Christopher Clark, a.k.a Black Man and Warren Covington, a.k.a Madd Poet.

In 1993 Black Madness scored an underground hit with their debut single “Igpay Atinlay”, released on Select Street Records. The same year they released their second single, “Wild Brooklyn Bandits”, as an anticipation of their debut full length album, but due to the bad sales of the single Select Street Records decided to shelve it and the group vanished.
