She was the cover girl on Martin Denny's 1957 album Exotica and on the album's first 11 sequels. She went on to release an album of her own in 1959: Fair & Warner, for which Martin Denny wrote the sleeve notes. She also appeared as cover girl for other artists such as Mickey Katz's The Most Mishige.

Warner appeared in a number of films, often with her twin sister Sonia, as well as in several television series.
