From the website 'Hobo - A to Z of Coventry Bands': "In 1989 20 DAYS, while still playing as a trio, were invited to be 'the band' for a new project started by Steve Dullaghan (who had recently left the Primitives) and Martyn Bates (former singer with Reluctant Stereotypes & Eyeless in Gaza) which became the HUNGRY i - The HUNGRY i released 2 records, 'Falling Orchard' & 'Second Step', both 4 track EPs (on vinyl & CD) on Nursery Records. A debut album was recorded at Cabin (with Paul again, as usual), but the band split before it could be released. While the band were together, Martyn Bates continued to pursue his solo career, and I joined him as guitarist for his tours of Europe."
