Real name: Annet Hesterman

Dutch singer Annet Hesterman started singing when she was 7 years old. Living in Nieuwendijk in the province of Brabant with her parents, brothers and sisters, she participated in all kinds of talent shows, accompanying herself with the guitar. Annet made various Dutch-language pictures from 1966 to 1969 and received many offers with her first English-language record. In 1985 she scored a hit in Scandinavia together with singer/percussionist Eddy Conard with the song 'Tralala'. In Denmark their record even reached the number 1 position. They were very popular as a duo under the name 'Phill & Company'.
