Swedish synth-pop duo formed 1987 as "Foreign Skies" by Martin Ankelius & Jesper Jelse.

The name was changed to So What in connection with the record contract obtained in 1988. They had big hits in Sweden in 1989 with the singles "I Was Lucky", "Why Should I Trust You" and "You And I (Nathalie)". They released their second album "Let's Walk Together" in 1991.
