American country music singer, songwriter, and guitarist.Born c. 1953 Huntland, Tennessee.
He had great success in a short amount of time though little is known about him.
He is the brother of country music producer Nelson Larkin, who also owned Sunbird Records which released some of Billy's music.
Nominated for New Faces of Country Music in 1975 by Country Music Seminar.
