Carol Anthony, also known by her stage name Havana, shot to fame in Ireland after working on tracks with a top producer who had worked with N-Sync, and Justin Timberlake amongst others. After hearing the tracks EMI, Universal Ireland and Sony called meetings with Carol and it was Universal Ireland who won the battle to sign her. Carol went on to have three top 20 hits and supported stars including Elton John, Westlife and N-Sync.

Unfortunately, no sooner had Carol’s career taken off then a horrific horse-riding accident put her out of action and her rehabilitation took considerable time, meaning a disappearance from the spotlight whilst recuperating.
