Members: John Goldsmith (6), Terry Clarke (9), Brian Curtis (3)

The Birds were formed in Perth by British musicians Terry Clarke and Brian Curtis who had been together in the touring line-up of West London band The Birds. Both had been in The Clockwork Oranges and joined the UK Birds after the departure of founding members Ron Wood (later of The Faces and The Rolling Stones) and Kim Gardner (later of Ashton Gardner & Dyke).

Not exactly the UK Birds transplanted, as some have assumed, but the Perth Birds did cover some tracks by the UK Birds: No Good Without You and Say Those Magic Words.
