Real name: Kesar Singh Narula

Husband of haryanvi and Punjabi singer Mohini Narula and father of Punjabi singer and Bollywood playback singer Jaspinder Narula. He was admitted to a hospital in Mumbai and died on Friday, October 9, 2020.

Music director and pioneer of Punjabi music from the 1950s onwards. Following his work for composing music in the folk and entertainment side of Punjabi music, he began making contributions to Sikh faith music.
