Andreas Thein
Real name: Andreas Thein
Andreas Thein co-formed Propaganda in Düsseldorf, West Germany, in 1982 together with Ralf Dörper (Die Krupps).During the time Thein was in Propaganda they recorded and released the single Propaganda - The Nine Lives Of Dr. Mabuse. The same year the single came out, 1984 that was, Thein was asked to leave the band.
After Propaganda he formed the band Kino (3) with whom he released the single Kino - Room In My Heart in 1986. He furthermore worked with Boy George and Glen Matlock.
Thein and Ralf Dörper collaborated again in 1988 when they released Rififi - Dr. Acid And Mr. House which was Germany's first acid house track and became a huge European dancefloor hit after it charted in the German Top Twenty.
He died of cancer on May 31, 2013 at the age of 55.
