Danish country group fronted by Teddy Edelmann (vocals, rhythm-guitar) that in various line-ups goes back to 1965 but didn't surface until the early 70's when their Danish rendidtion of "Take me home country road" became a hit. Besides Edelmann, the original members were Chano Tietze (lead guitar), Jan Pedersen (3) (drums) and John Friis (bass).
After the band folded, "Teddy and Chano" continued to play together in Teddy & Chano Rodeo and "Jan and John" in Danica (4). Pedersen and Friis also previously played together in Scarlets.
