This was the duo of Tony Wilson and Norman Oliver. It looks like Shel Talmy had signed them in the hopes that they would develop into "house songwriters" for his Planet label. They placed a few songs before launching separate solo careers (with Oliver changing his name to Oliver Norman). Wilson later founded Hot Chocolate and is probably best known today for co-writing "You Sexy Thing".
