Pun name to former French politician and prime minister Edouard Balladur.The only release under this name heavily uses a vocal sample of Mr Balladur saying "Je vous demande de vous arrêter !" ("I'm asking you to stop!" in English), a sentence he pronounced in the evening of April 23, 1995 when he dropped out of the 1995 French presidential election.
