Maja Milinkovic, is a fado and sevdah singer and songwriter, multi awarded and internationally recognized artist. Born born April 21, 1981 in Sarajevo, Bosnia-Herzegovina. now lives in Lisbon, Portugal. Proud owner of charismatic and recognizable voice that awakes emotions by singing everlasting melodies.
She began singing at an early age in a church choir during the Bosnian War and learned to play guitar in a shelter. She graduated on Music Academy of Sarajevo on the department of Music Theory and pedagogy. Plays piano and guitar and works as singer, songwriter, composer and music arranger. born

In 2003 she participated in the premiere season of OBN network TV reality music show SuperNov@ MusicTalents Show. Since 2013 Lisboa, Portugal-based. In 2014 she participated in the X Factor Portugal.
