Debby D, also known as Debra Foster, was born 11th February 1963 in Blackpool UK, She is also the co-owner of the ZONE dance nights with her brother Phil who owns and runs the world famous Melody House record shop in Blackpool now in their second premises, Other occasional members of Maximum Spell have been Pianoman, Andy Pendle, Chris Baker, Andrew Dean, Andy Rossa, Kenny Hayes, and DJ Ell.
