Joseph François Garnier

Joseph-François Garnier was a French oboist, flautist, teacher and composer. He was born on 18 June 1755 and died 31 March 1825. Garnier befriended violinist/composer Rodolphe Kreutzer whilst teaching oboe at the National Guard.
