"Leeds – via – Manchester – via London duo, Replicas, Helena Gee (vocals/ guitar) and Ashiya Eastwood (vocals/ guitar/ keyboard), formed at the end of 2010 and quietly built a fan base around the UK with their enchanting slant on moody, yet melodic pop."
Their three track debut EP was produced by Tim Burgess and released on his fledgling O Genesis Recordings label in September 2011.
The duo ceased working together shortly after the EP launch; the final post on their facebook profile is dated 27 February 2012.
