Swedish string quartet ensemble formed in 2003 with the intention of performing some of the quartet music by Claude Loyola Allgén.
"IORE" is the name of locomotives operating Malmbanan between Luleå and Narvik, their engines being able to pull carriages up to more than 8000 tons of weight because of strength, staying power and a steady tempo, characteristics which are of vital importance also for anyone who decides to play Allgén's, often rather complex, chamber music.
