Tabaco was a Catalan band from Sabadell (Barcelona) that began its journey in the early 70's under the name of "Los Duendes". In May 1971 Mariano Escriu joined the group, a guitarist who gave a new focus to the group's music and so they decided to call themselves "Tabaco". After the summer, they released their only album "Desintegración". The band was made up of Mariano Escriu, Jordi Molet, Eduardo González and Josep Maria Abella.
