The Folk-group "Skylark" was founded in 2001 in Petrozavodsk (Karelia). We perform traditional music of Phenoscandia (Karelia, Finland, Sweden) and folk music of Celts (Ireland, Scotland, Breton). The "Skylark" created special style of performing, which bases is formed by author's arrangements of folk melodies and careful treatment to folk roots and traditions.
The album "Reipos tuuli" was recorded in 2003. It contains traditional Karelian, Irish, Swedish folk songs. Tunes and dancing melodies.
