The twins Elaine & Ellen Rangel was part of the group - the Neighborhood before going solo.They released one self-titled album on Mercury Records, the song "The Look Of Love" b/w "All I Need Is Me" was released as a 12" promo single.
After changing labels they returned with the single "Fill Me Up" b/w "You Made Me Do It Again"
